We offer standard and express shipping on all orders shipped to the US and worldwide. The safety of our team and customers is our top priority and we're working closely with our shipping partners and carriers to ensure your Jovanna jewelry can reach you as quickly, and safely, as possible.

We ship orders within 24-48 hours of purchase from our awesome US Eastern Headquarters, pending availability and credit verification. Customers who select express shipping services must also allow 24 to 72 hours for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

We try our hardest to get your order out to you as quickly as possible though shipping times may vary. Weekends and holidays should not be included when calculating delivery times for shipping services.

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional $9.99 shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We ship on weekdays from US East. Orders placed for all shipping services before 12 PM EST will ship out on the same day. Orders received after Friday 12 PM EST will be shipped on Mondays. We are not able to prepare or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

If there is an incorrect address, JOVANNA is not responsible for lost shipments that arise due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their order(s) are correctly addressed at the time of purchase. Should an order fail to arrive because of customer address error(s), JOVANNA is not responsible for reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.

For all international shipments outside the US, it is the customers responsibility to arrange the collection of their package within the designated time frame. Should the customer fail to collect their package from the respective international courier company, JOVANNA is not responsible for reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are out of our control and vary by country. Standard (national post service) and express shipping providers (DHL, UPS, Fedex and EMS) notify the customer if such fees apply. They are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package.

JOVANNA ships to PO boxes in the US. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes outside the US at this time.
